STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR TRAIL ASSOCIATIONS uses a globally delivered system to dive into the Visioning process AND identify goals & objectives then create a prioritized action plan that will serve as the blue print for future success.

STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP
This workshop has been tailored for the very challenges your organization will face by building both financial and social capital. Volunteer Boards are increasingly burdened to effectively manage community trail networks. This workshop utilizes a globally renowned process tailored to the non profit trail association. Starting with the Visioning process, we anchor the workshop by first creating a Mission & Vision. Working towards identifying goals and objectives, we are able to create an Action Plan that is derived from prioritized tasks, identified in the workshop, that best serve your Vision. Using a customized SWOT/TOWS analysis, we create a Strategic Planning document driven by the specific needs of the organization to support your future success.

APPLICABLE FOR: Non profit trail associations.

We recruited Mark to help us navigate a bit of an ‘existential crisis’ for our club. We were trying to return to our roots in ways, while also determine where the club was going to go in the future. Our session with Mark helped a disparate group of board members distill our common goals and armed with those goals, we had a clear vision to chart our future path. His effort in conjunction with a governance expert allowed us to renovate our board and our membership to new heights. Full board, five times the members, and triple the revenues and funding getting into the ground started with a sure footing and Mark’s work. I credit his session with setting the course and I credit our board over four strong years in getting to where we are today. One didn’t happen without the other.
